Research FellowshipsEstablished in 1932, the Woman's Collection houses major collections on the history of Texas women and women's organizations, women in aviation, women and war, culinary history and women's periodicals. Texas Woman's University Library awards two travel grants of $500, each in support of significant research in the Woman's Collection on the TWU campus. The Fellowship is given to a visiting scholar promoting the study of women and women's history. These money awards are made available by various organizations and library endowments. Applicants are asked to submit a letter briefly describing the research proposal and a resume to the Research Fellowship Committee: Texas Woman's University Library P.O.
