Do any of your search words belong together in a certain order. Search engines do vary but most will allow you to use either quotations " " or brackets ( ) to search for phrases.

In some search engines these three words need all letters to be uppercase (AND, OR, NOT).
Search for two or more terms joined by and in order to find specific information. Records that include all terms are displayed first in your results list.

Use synonyms, variant spellings or equivalent terms joined by or. Records for each of your terms will be included in your results list.

Exclude terms or phrases with not (some search engines require you to use and not ). Results list will exclude records with terms used with not.

Some search engines allow you to use + directly before a word to specify that the word must be included in your search results. +college +tuition should give you results that include both words college and tuition.
