Refine your Search

 In this database you list your terms in the Find box.  Notice the in box says Select a Field (optional) .  This means the word you list must be found somewhere in the article record.  It could be in the title, the abstract, the subject headings, etc.  You can change the Select a Field when you want to be more specific in your search.  If you wanted to find an article written by Thomas, in the journal Pediatrics, about immunization, your search would look like this:
