Access and Connection IssuesIf you are a visitor, please visit the Services for the Community & Visitors page for additional information. If an alumnus no longer has Pioneer Portal access, they are welcome to use the guest terminals in the library to access TWU electronic resources. Please see Services for the Community & Visitors for additional information. What is a portal account and how can I get one? A TWU Portal Account allows students, faculty, and staff to access various information with one username and password. In order to access electronic resources off-campus, you will need to login with your TWU Portal user name and password. Create a Pioneer Portal account. What is a library account and how can I get one? A library account allows students, faculty, and staff to borrow and request materials. You may login with your TWU Portal user name and password to renew and request materials online. Register for an account. Help Logging In If you are being prompted for a username and password by the TWU proxy and the system is not accepting your login information, you will want to contact the Help Desk at 940-898-3971. If you have forgotten your user name and password you will also need to contact the Help Desk. |
