In this new system, information about your request will be available when you logon to the system and you can track the status of your requests. You will not receive an email confirmation of your order until it has been receive or there is a problem.
Contact TWU Interlibrary Loan at ill@twu.edu or 940/898-3728 if you have questions or if you have not received a notification about your request within 10 days. Our average turn-around time is 12 days.
For additional information, please refer to the ILL FAQ.
By submitting requests, you agree to the following:
The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyright material. Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be "for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research". If a user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of "fair use", that user may be liable for copyright infringement. This institution reserves the right to refuse a copying order if, in its judgment, fulfillment of the order would involve violation of copyright law.
