Library Policies and Your Responsibilities

Your request for an Update to your Library Account updates you as a user of the TWU Libraries for one year,
unless your University status changes. Borrowing privileges are extended according to the regulations and
policies of the TWU Libraries. You assume full responsibility for all materials issued on your university ID card
and for any fines and/or lost book charges incurred. Your TWU ID or Courtesy Card MUST be presented each
time you borrow materials or use Library Services. Only the person identified on the card may check out Library
materials. Only currently enrolled students, staff, and faculty have access to Library computer services. Lost
TWU ID or Courtesy Cards should be reported immediately. Any change of address or status must also be
reported as soon as possible. The processing of this form is dependent on one of the following responses being selected.
