The Leadership Institute was established in 2006 by Ann Stuart, Chancellor and President of Texas Woman’s University, to address a nationally recognized need to advance the understanding and practice of effective, ethical leadership for the development of innovative, collaborative and responsible global leaders in an increasingly global community.

Students in the Institute participate in three components including:
