Ms. Jordening graduated with a degree in Kinesiology from TWU in 1994. She has completed about half of her hours towards a Master's in Gerontology at the University of North Texas, which she hopes to complete one day.
She worked at TWU Wellness Services for about ten years and has worked for LEMIT testing almost from its inception. She currently resides in Dayton, OH and works as the Health and Wellness Director at the YMCA of Greater Dayton.
She is certified by AFAA in personal training and aerobics. She is also certified in the Senior Fitness Association to teach senior adults aerobic classes. She is an American Heart CPR and First Aid instructor.
Her professional interests include teaching moderation in all areas of life, dispelling myths about exercise, and working with senior adults.
