Connect! Spring 2015 Leadership Series

Connect! Spring Leadership Series is an interactive workshop series for any TWU student looking to grow in the area of leadership. Each workshop will focus on a specific topic. We hope to see you at all four workshops this semester!

IMPACT: First-Year Leadership Retreat

February 6-7, 2015, YMCA Camp Carter, Fort Worth, TX

IMPACT is a weekend leadership retreat where emerging leaders begin to define and identify their full potential. Participants are empowered to take an active role in their personal development through analytical discussion, hands-on leadership development activities, reflection, strengths assessment, and networking with others. For many, IMPACT is the launching point and catalyst for their future success at TWU and beyond. The experience inspires participants to act on their passions with integrity and purpose.

Engaged student leaders serve as facilitators for the weekend, preparing in advance to guide participants through the catalytic retreat. Facilitators are actively involved in various aspects of the campus and community, and serve to challenge participants to appreciate new perspectives.

This immersive leadership experience occurs during Spring 2015 at YMCA Camp Carter in Fort Worth, Texas. Transportation, meals and accommodations are provided.
