The voicemail system is a communication link that integrates voicemail, email, and faxes. End users can decide how to access their messages either by telephone or email. Voicemail accounts are available for any permanent faculty or staff member.
Phone Forwarding
Occasionally, the phone forwarding feature may become inactive due to inclement weather or technical issues. If in doubt, clear all previous forwarding and reset the phone forward feature. Detailed instructions for this operation may be viewed by clicking the appropriate links below
Requesting a Voicemail Account
Voicemail accounts are available for any permanent faculty or staff member. Send an e-mail to voicemail@twu.edu and include your, name, campus, and telephone extension.
