Instructional Support Services (ISS) provides information, expertise, and resources that support every area of teaching and learning at Texas Woman’s University. Working with students, faculty and staff, ISS ensures a high level of support for all aspects of technology enhanced learning.

ISS oversees resources such as general computer labs, classroom labs, technology classrooms, the TWU I.T. Help Desk, online learning video conferencing  technologies, and the course delivery system, Blackboard.

Professional Development  is provided for faculty and staff on various topics ranging from integrating technology into teaching to using Office applications effectively in workflow. I.T. Help Desk staff members provide the highest quality of support to students, faculty and staff.
