Instructional Support Services works directly with end users to support technology enhanced teaching and learning opportunities.

Students at TWU have access to resources such as general computer labs, classroom labs, technology classrooms, online learning tools, video conferencing technologies, and web-based courses.

Faculty at TWU are supported in both their research and teaching efforts through the Faculty Development Center, a joint project with the offices of Lifelong Learning.

Staff at TWU gain valuable skills from the Technology Training Team and receive the highest quality of support from the professional staff of the Help Desk to keep all aspects of the University running quickly and smoothly.
