Computer Classrooms
In addition to the traditional
teaching classrooms, computer classrooms are available
to facilitate teaching and learning in a hands-on computer lab
environment. Typically, the rooms have computers at each
student desk with software to support the particular learning
activity. |

Cyber Lounge
Located on the first floor of the Student Center,
the Cyber Lounge provides easy access to computer stations for
checking email or surfing the web. |

Guinn Hall Computer Lab
University Housing provides computer labs in all
residence halls. The Guinn Commons Computer Lab has 40 computers
for all word processing needs as well as internet access. |

Kiosks
Strategically located in
buildings throughout the campus. These internet connected kiosks
provide quick reference stops for email, Blackboard assignments,
Portal tools, and general university information. |

Library Computer Lab
The Blagg-Huey Library Computer Lab of 25 computers
with 2 iMacs provides full word processing capabilities as well as
internet access. |

Mega Lab
This lab is home to 85 "state of the art" Dell
Profile computers. Located in MCL (Multi-Purpose Classroom)
building, the Mega Lab provides word processing and internet
access as well as special courseware available on reserve. |

Student Center Computer Lab
This lab is located on the first floor of the
Student Center. It provides word processing and internet access
for students. |

Technology Classrooms
All classrooms are technology enhanced to
facilitate the instructor's presentation of course materials and
concepts. |

Technology Resource Center (TRC)
This center is dedicated to promoting high end
technology to both instructors and students. Some of the
opportunities include video production; scanning both text and
graphics; video reproductions and conversion; mass CD and DVD
replications; and high end graphic editing. |

Underground Cyber Lounge
Located in the basement of the Student
Center, these 8 computers provide easy access for checking email
or surfing the web while dining in the same location as the
Underground Cafe. |

Videoconference Classrooms
Video Conferencing Classrooms offer instructors the
ability to teach classes to one or more remote sites using current
classroom technology. Classes can be taught to any of the TWU
campuses as well as many off-campus sites through the use of IP
Technology. |
