Director, Instructional Operations
Kim Grover-Haskin received her Ph.D. from Texas Woman's University (TWU) in Dance and Related Arts in 2001. Kim coordinates graphics, general use computer lab services and classroom instructional technologies while overseeing the I.T. Help Desk operations and console operator services for the TWU community. Kim’s most recent projects include the Ask TWU knowledgebase for TWU and the Emerging Technology Learning Community. Prior to Technology and Information Services, Kim worked at the TWU Library Woman's Collection. She has presented at Educause regional conferences, the Society of Southwest Archivists, Congress on Research and Dance and the National Women's Studies Association as well as guest lecturing in Women's Studies at Texas Woman's University. Her publications and presentations include Gender and Dance, (issue editor) and If All the World's a Stage, I Want Better Lighting: Dance Performance and Feminist Theory. Kim has studied the Cecchetti method of ballet certified through Grade V and enjoys teaching Ballet.
Sr. Administrative Assistant
Julie Muller has been with TWU since 2000. She is responsible for the day to day office management for the entire Instructional Support Services needs. Her experiences from processing travel, intricate record keeping to maintaining vendor relationships has proven to be a vital role in the success of ISS. She is certified in ACCESS, Crystal Reports; Excel. Her biggest joy is her grandchildren, and she loves spending time with family and friends while watching NASCAR and the Green Bay Packers.
Supervisor Help Desk and User Outreach Services
Roger Dutcher received his B.A. from North Texas State University in Radio/TV/Film. After 18 years at Electronic Data Systems he joined TWU in 2002. Supervising the Help Desk and the TWU Operators are his main responsibilities. He genuinely enjoys helping people understand technology and get the most from it.
Instructional Support Services Lab Coordinator
Karl Pienkoss received a B.A. from the University of North Texas in Technical Writing. He has been with TWU since 2006. He oversees the operation, staffing, and supplying of the university computer labs. Karl is certified by HDI in Knowledge Centered Support and as a Service Desk Analyst. He has over six years of work experience in the higher education.
Instructional Operations Systems Administrator
Monica Fannon develops, implements, integrates, and supports technology solutions for Instructional Support Services. Some of these technologies include university mailing lists, automated call distribution (ACD) with Voice over IP (VoIP) technology, emergency outcall, ASK TWU Knowledgebase, and server systems for teams within the ISS department. Monica works closely with departments within Information Technology Services to ensure successful systems administration, integration and compliance. Monica received a BBA with emphasis in Computer Information Systems, Management, and Marketing from West Texas A&M University in 2005. She also earned an MBA in Business from West Texas A&M University in 2008. Monica has been with Texas Woman’s University since 2006.
Help Desk Analyst
Raquel Clewis has been employed with TWU since April 2003. She is HDI Support Center Analyst certified. She communicates with TWU users though calls, remote assistance, chats and email. She provides support for Portal, WebAdvisor, Colleague, Phoenix, MS Office and Blackboard. She also provides assistance and guidance with computer-related issues.
Help Desk Analyst
Jason Johnson graduated from DeVry University with a B.S. in Technical Management and an emphasis in Business Information Systems. He has been with TWU since 2003 working in tech support assisting with hardware, software and printers. He also worked in setting up and maintaining various labs on campus . He is currently working as a Help Desk Analyst III. He assists staff, faculty and students with I.T. issues and assists as backup for the mailing lists, knowledge base and Footprints systems. He has been working with multiple technologies in the I.T. field since 1994.

John Cantu resolves student, staff and faculty specific issues, but always with an eye to application, operating and network system integrity. John is an HDI certified Support Center Analyst with ten years of field experience in desktop and network support. John also offers Blackboard faculty support.
Help Desk Analyst
A. Sean Connors assists students, faculty and staff with identifying and troubleshooting problems. He is a certified HDI Support Center Analyst as well as CompTia A+ certified and MCP, MCSA. He received his Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Nebraska in 1987. He has been at the TWU Help Desk since October 2006.
Instructional Operations Coordinator
Casey Foulds received a B.S. from Texas Woman’s University in Government. She has been with TWU since 1997. She oversees the Classroom Instructional Technology team and the daily operation of classroom technology. She serves on various committees at the University including the Traffic Appeals Committee and the Large Event Committee. She is certified AMX installer and designer. She has completed School of Global Configuration for Higher Education and School of Instructional Audio Visual Technologies through Extron Electronics. Her experience in classroom technology and integration can be seen in any classroom, from the position of the screen, the precise angle of the podium, and the clarity of the microphone. Her dedication to research and development in technology for the classroom helps form a foundation for faculty professional development. She attends conferences, lectures and tradeshows on a regular basis to bring the most recent and innovative technologies to the TWU classroom.
Instructional Support Specialist
Adam Burns received his B.A. from the University of North Texas in the field of Radio, Television, and Film in 2006. He is one of the main contacts in reference to help with current technology within the classrooms on the Denton campus. He is also involved in the introduction of new technology to the faculty. He has an alternative certification to teach for the state of Texas in any subject from 4th – 8th grade. In his spare time he enjoys playing soccer and spending time with his wife and dogs.
Instructional Support Specialist
Wes Moore attended school at the University of North Texas and has been with TWU since 2005. Wes oversees the setup, configuration, and installation of all classroom computers on the Denton campus, and he administrates the classroom servers that keep the computers up to date and running smooth. He is a certified AMX installer, designer, and soon to be programmer. He has completed the School of Global Configuration for Higher Education through Extron Electronics. His experience in classroom technology includes the research, instruction, and implementation of the clicker technology to all classrooms on campus. Wes strives to provide the latest computer technology to benefit instructors in their classroom instruction.
Instructional Support Specialist
Matt Gallagher is a recent graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, and has been with TWU since February of 2009. Matt is the main contact in reference to the planning, setup, and support of special technology for on campus events, and participates in the installation and maintenance of new technology on the TWU campus. He enjoys music, theatre, reading, and cooking.
Computer Graphics Specialist
Brian Elmore has served as a world builder and texture artist for TWU's Second Life project since its inception in mid-2007. He earned a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of North Texas, and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in International Game Production Studies from Gotland University, Sweden. Specialties include 3ds Max, Photoshop, Unreal engine, Second Life.
Console Operator
Genna Blevins answers the TWU BAS Console and sometimes the first impression callers get of Texas Woman’s University. She is very conscientious when answering calls, directing callers to the appropriate department, office or person in a friendly and timely manner. She does the updates for the TWU Denton Campus BAS Directory and Excel Call Logs monthly report with graphs for both operators’. She enjoys working with her husband, Dwayne; building fiberglass bodies and molds for roadsters, ’53 Corvette, Lamborghini’s and a Corvette concept car and she especially enjoys her husband’s mother and father.
Console Operator
Camille Elsbecker is one of two University Console Operators. She fills in at the Help Desk as needed. She assists in generating the Help Desk chat usage report. She serves as Additional Duties Safety Officer (ADSO) for Technology and Information Services located in the MCL. When she’s not at work she enjoys spending time with her family.
