Becky holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Texas Woman’s University and a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of North Texas. She has over 18 years of experience in education working in the areas of retention, recruitment, diversity, cultural awareness and student life. She has been with TWU since 2001, and leads the University’s Office of Intercultural Services efforts in writing over $1.4 million in grant funds for the Go Programs. Angelica holds a Bachelor's degree in Bilingual Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master’s degree in Reading Education from Texas Woman’s University (TWU). Angelica has over 5 years’ experience with the Go Program and joined Intercultural Service in 2010. She is responsible for mentoring, supervising, implementing and coordinating the G-Force Mentorship Program and the TWU Go Program. As a first-generation college student, Angelica understands the importance of mentoring students entering college for the first time. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Educational Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies both from the University of Missouri. Her professional experience includes recruitment, training and management in student development leadership, retention, career preparation and marketing. She has worked in higher education for the past 10 years, five as diversity liaison at Texas Woman’s University, where she is responsible for helping others develop effective intercultural communication and interaction. She joined the Intercultural Services staff in February 2009. In her capacity, Michelle is responsible for diversity programming, leadership and education on the Denton and Dallas campus. Javier holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with minors in Leadership Studies and U.S. Ethnic Studies from Texas State University. His professional experience includes working with minority student groups, leadership presentations, mentoring, and he is a first-generation college student. Javier is a former participant and recipient of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute, Inc. Internship/Scholarship Program. Javier joined TWU December 2013 and is responsible for coordinating and implementing the Mobile Go Center Program. He is originally from Giddings, Texas.

She joined TWU in 2002, and in her current position assists the office with administrative duties, compliance reports, budgets, travel and purchasing. Dolores enjoys sewing and traveling.
