The Department of ID Services Administration is the place to get the one thing that can help you get the most out of your experience at Texas Woman’s University: Your TWU Pioneer ID Card.

With your Pioneer card you are going places:

• Use it to access your Residence Hall
• Eat your meals in the Underground, or any of the locations in the Student Union
• Check out books in The Library
• Shop in the Bookstore

On campus, it is your most prized possession - no need to carry around cash! Make a deposit on your ID card for Pioneer Dollars and they are useable for a multitude of goods and services while at TWU.

Your Pioneer card can be loaded with Pioneer Dollars by making an initial deposit (no minimum required) at the ID Services Administration Office located in Jones Hall, 3^rd Floor. During the semester, you may fund the Pioneer Account by calling the Cashier at the ID office and charging additional deposits for the Pioneer Card to your Visa or MasterCard, or stop by the ID office in person and make a deposit using cash or check. Think you don’t have time to call or come by the office - just visit one of your Value Port terminals located at each of our campuses. Your deposits will stay in your account and transfer from year-to-year.

Refunds

Your debit account may be closed by using up all your funds or upon receipt of documentation that you are leaving the University. Refunds will not be issued under any other circumstances.
