New Employee Orientation (NEO) Mentoring Luncheon Schedule
Mentoring luncheons will be held on the following Tuesdays from 12:00 noon – 1:00 p.m. in The Underground, Student Union Building. Once you are matched with a new employee, you will be called approximately one week before NEO. At that time, you will be given the opportunity to accept or decline the date. If you have to decline because of scheduling conflicts, you will remain on the volunteer list and have an opportunity to mentor on a future date.
On the luncheon day, come to the Office of Human Resources by 11:55 a.m. You will be introduced to the new employee and then escort them to The Underground. Give the Party Name, New Employee Orientation, to the attendant at The Underground.
Escort the new employee back to Human Resources by 1:00 p.m.
