Our vision is to continue to
provide a service oriented environment utilizing the human
resources team, thus accepting the responsibility to assess and
improve our dedication to be responsive, courteous and
supportive to a diverse university population through
collaboration.
Mission Statement
The Office of Human Resources is
dedicated to the Texas Woman’s University mission of student
success. Through integrity and quality, The Office of Human Resources provides
customer service and resources to meet the University’s
requirements in the areas of Affirmative Action & Diversity,
Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Equal Opportunity,
Payroll, Records, HR Reconciliation, Recruiting and Training &
Development.
We support TWU’s purpose and goals
