Optional Life
As a new employee, you can enroll in a term life insurance program equal to one or two times your annual salary. Within your first 30 days of employment, or any time during a summer enrollment period, you can apply (through EOI) for three or four times your annual salary.
Premiums are calculated based on your age and salary as of September 1 of each year (click on "premiums" below for the chart).
