Maximums for 2004

The Tax Deferred Annuity (TDA) and the Deferred Compensation Plan (457) maximums increased this year and enables the employee to shelter up to 100% of gross annual income with a maximum of $13,000*.

If you are currently contributing to a TDA and/or 457 and would like to increase the contribution amount, you need to complete the following and return all to the Office of Human Resources:

*These amounts increase each year from 2002 to 2006 as follows:

            2002 = $11,000          with max for both being         $22,000

            2003 = $12,000          with max for both being         $24,000

            2004 = $13,000          with max for both being         $26,000

            2005 = $14,000          with max for both being         $28,000          

            2006 = $15,000          with max for both being         $30,000
