There is a 90 day waiting period for health and basic life insurance eligibility

If you sign up after your first date of employment but within your first 30 days of employment, your optional coverages will begin the first of the month following the date you signed up.
-
After your first 30 days of employment, restrictions apply that limit your ability to enroll in certain coverages
