Prior to December 31, 2007 (Old)
Staff Employee Performance
Evaluations
Supervisors are required to conduct a performance appraisal for
all non-faculty employees:
-
within the first six months of employment;
-
within six months after a promotion;
-
once each year;
-
three months after an employee receives and Below Standard,
or Unsatisfactory Overall evaluation.

Please select from the menu choices below
to print a copy of of the Professional/Administrative
Evaluation,
Classified Evaluation, or Self Evaluation (optional).
Please remember to send one completed, signed copy to Human
Resources, give one copy to the employee, and retain one copy
for your files.

Administrative Officers please note that
by
signing the "Administrative Officer" area of the performance
evaluation, you are confirming that you have
reviewed the performance evaluation for
compliance
with all TWU policies
and procedures,
state and federal regulations.
To assist in the fulfillment of this responsibility, TWU
Operating Policy
50.01
"Staff Employee Performance Management" includes a Supervisor's
Guide to Performance Management.
Jana Bates, Manager of Employee Advocacy and Performance
Management, will be available to assist supervisors.
