Until the new system is put
into place, please continue using the current policy and forms
for staff performance evaluations - you may access information
on the current performance evaluation system from the tab at the
left of this page titled "Staff Performance Evaluations".
This new system is a work in progress
- please feel free to take a look at the drafts of the new forms and
instructions listed below - please keep in mind that the forms
and instructions are still under construction and will change prior
to the system being rolled-out for University use.
