Nutrition and Food Sciences

In keeping with the mission of Texas Woman's University and that of the College of Health Sciences, the faculty of the Department of Nutrition and Food Sciences has the primary objective to provide opportunities for the students to obtain both a liberal and professionally specialized education in nutrition, food sciences or food systems administration. B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees are offered. The faculty contribute to this process through leading, teaching, scholarship and service.
