ONLINE PROGRAM
APPLICATION & PROCESS

Once you have made the decision to apply for our Online Program, you will need to follow our application procedures.  Although online education is convenient for many, not everyone is a candidate for the online learning environmen t.  Therefore, a learning assessment will be part of this application process. See procedures below:

1. If you are not already a TWU student, then you must complete an official TWU enrollment application (available online at http://www.twu.edu ).   Click on "admissions" and then "application".

2. If you are a transfer student, you will need to send official transcripts to the TWU registrar of all previous college credit completed.

3. Once you receive a response from TWU admissions that you are accepted to TWU, you can then apply for the B.S. in Health Studies Online Degree.

4. Complete the H.S. Online Program application form, by clicking here.

5. Complete the Learning Style Assessment, as indicated on the application and print out these results and staple them to your application. Please click here to download the Assessment.

6. Include unofficial copies of transcripts with your online application materials.

7. Mail or fax both to the Online Program Coordinator, Mrs. Alicia Gould at (940) 898-2859 (fax) or mail to:   The Department of Health Studies Texas Woman's University P.O. Box 425499 Denton, TX  76204

8. The Online Program Coordinator and Online Committee will review your transcripts, application form, and learning assessment.
