Mark Phelps, J.D., M.H.A

A practicing attorney with a master's in health care administration, Mr. Phelps has over 15 years experience providing legal services to various health care providers.  In his practice, he represents physicians, nurses, dentist, chiropractors, psychologists, and other health care providers before their licensure boards.  He also provides contract and managed care agreement review and construction.  He teaches Health Law.
