Kelley Moseley, Ph. D.
Program Director
Dr. Moseley is a
Professor of Health Administration and serves as Program
Director. He holds a Master's Degree in Business from
George Washington University and a Doctorate in Public Health
from the University of Texas, School of Public Health. He
has been a professor, practitioner and consultant in Health
Services Administration internationally since 1970.
