Financial assistance is available through scholarships, grants, loans, and student employment. Over 50 percent of all TWU students, including dental hygiene students, receive financial aid. Filing dates and procedures are available from the Financial Aid Office

In addition to loans, grants, scholarships and student employment available to TWU students, dental hygiene majors also may qualify for the Bette Andrews Dental Hygiene Scholarship, which is awarded by Dental Hygiene faculty, and scholarships from the Dallas and Fort Worth Dental Hygienists' Society, Texas Dental Hygienists' Association, American Dental Hygienists’ Association, American Dental Association, and other dental professional organizations.  Degree completion students can apply for the Nancy Glick Dental Hygiene Scholarship.  Applications are made available to all students once they are in the program.
