Department and individual needing access completes the Access to Services and Resources for Affiliate Personnel or Pre-Employment form. Return completed form to Office of Human Resources. Human Resources creates a skeletal record. A subsequent computer system process allows for the creation of a portal account.  The individual must go the the TWU Home Page and create a portal account.
