Texas Woman's University
is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award baccalaureate, master's and doctoral degrees. The Texas Woman's University Institute of Health Sciences-Houston, located at 6700 Fannin Street, Houston, Texas 77030, offers the following degrees:
  • Health Care Administration - Master of Science 

  • Occupational Therapy - Masters and Doctorate

  • Physical Therapy - Masters and Doctorate

  • Nursing - Bachelors, Masters and Doctorate

  • Nutrition - Master of Science

  • Library Science - Master of Library Science, Dual Master of Library Science/Master of Science in Health Studies

Admission to all programs in the Graduate School and Institute of Health Sciences-Houston is open to qualified women and men. Students from various undergraduate backgrounds may apply to the graduate health care administration program. Other specific courses of study are determined in consultation with the student, a faculty advisor and the department chair.  Consideration is given to the student's background, professional experience, interests and abilities.
