The Wellness Connection is a community focused on providing a healthy and holistic approach to college life. It’s about making positive lifestyle choices during the transition into college. The Wellness Connection incorporates a wellness philosophy that supports the premise that there are healthy ways of living and empowering students to take control over the quality of their life. Placing emphasis on the six dimensions of wellness (physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, occupational, social), the program encourages students to make choices that will help them have a more centered and balanced lifestyle. Community members will reside in Jones Hall. “You don’t have to be an athlete or a diehard exerciser! You just have to have an interest in the aspects of health and wellness. The Wellness Connection deals with the whole person. “ Unique Community Features:

A $50 activity fee will be assessed to each student accepted into the program to help cover the cost for field trips and other special programs. This will be assessed directly to the student’s University account.
