In celebration of Constitution Day 2008 Dr. Mark Kessler, Chair of History & Government, delivered a talk entitled “(How) Should We Celebrate Constitution Day?:  Race, Gender, and Civil Religion in the U.S.”  Following the presentation, a panel of TWU constitutional law students discussed issues raised in the talk.
