GOV 4903-01, Thursday, 6:00—8:50 p.m.
Mr. David Moraine, J.D.
Interested in Law School? Take our new “Moot Court” course, in which you will participate in the preparation and argument of hypothetical appellate court cases. Law schools love students who have participated in Moot Court, because the schools know these students have spent many hours perfecting the legal analytical, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills that lawyers must develop. You may also have an opportunity to compete, with a teammate, in a regional Moot Court competition against teams from other universities.
Prior or concurrent enrollment in GOV 4083, Constitutional Law: Individual Rights, is recommended.
