Dr.Kelley MoseleyDr. Moseley has over 30 years experience in hospital administration and planning as a practitioner, consultant and educator. He has provided management consultation services to over 200 institutions and agencies internationally in the areas of strategic planning, organizational assessment and analysis, and financial feasibility and performance and long term care.

Academically Dr. Moseley has produced over 100 articles and presentations related to health services management planning and delivery of services. He has taught a variety of graduate courses ranging from financial management to human resources and strategic management. Of particular note is his current leadership role with Care For Elders an RWJ funded partnership in Harris county, Texas.

The Department of Health Care Administration at Texas Woman’s University is one of 10 sites nationally selected to participate in the National Center for Healthcare Leadership’s Graduate Health Management Education Demonstration Project.
