Global Awareness Month is a month of events, guest speakers and student activities that are dedicated to the overall Global Connections Mission.  Launched in 2009, the goal of the TWU Global Connections Initiative is to provide global opportunities, experiences and connections for TWU students, faculty, staff, and the community. The initiative also is charged with helping all TWU students become global citizens with the knowledge, skills and abilities to excel in learning, living and working in a global, diverse and complex society.
