Manager, Facilities Maintenance and Operations

The Building Maintenance division provides many essential services for the university including, but not limited to carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, in-House built-to-suit renovation and remodeling, projects, and a 2pm to 10pm technician to assist the university after regular business hours. This group is also responsible for major electrical, plumbing, parking lots, campus lighting and sidewalk infrastructure repair and sustenance which are critical to university operations. The department employs 21 staff positions with 806 years of cumulative experience. In addition, this division assists with move management related to the disassembling and/or installation of built-in or modular furniture, graduation ceremony preparations,  painting, classrooms and dormitories, hanging event and seasonal banners and signage, repairing roof leaks, etc.
