Matthew Fleming
ISSA Certified Personal Trainer

Matthew is currently a TWU junior studying Nutrition with an emphasis in Dietetics.  He has been working out consistently for the past 8 years and has learned many things along the way. Initially, he relied on coaches for his wokout routines.  Since then, he has developed a passion for Bodybuilding and Strongman competitions as a natural competitor. Lately, Matt has had to focus less on competition while he  tries to concentrate on school and getting married.   Matt's training experience includes helping with Boot Camps, teenagers and parents, power lifters, football players and other athletes who have had little to no idea on how to properly work out, reach their individual goals, and not become injured. His greatest achievement has been learning to work with individuals who have had injuries.  Contact Matthew at matthewrfleming@hotmail.com.

Chaynade Knowles

Chaynade, is originally from Canada, BC, but came Texas for school and to join the amazing TWU Gymnastics team. She is a Kinesiology major with a focus on the field of physical therapy. Chay has been here for 3 years, and has developed an interest in two-stepping and cowboys, so the Texas culture has definitely impacted her life. She loves to bake, play video games…mostly Just Dance 2...but, ultimately, watching movies is her favorite past time. Chay laughs constantly, so the lack of laughter when you are with her really is not an option. Chay enjoys helping others set personal fitness goals and working hard along the way to achieve them. She knows that none of her clients will be the same, so coming up with a variety of workouts and experimenting with new ways to better the body is a challenge she enjoys. Chay designs her workouts to be fun yet difficult, because you shouldn’t dread working out. She looks forward to seeing her clients' “WOW” faces when they have reached their set goals.  Contact her at cknowles@twu.edu
