 How to Register for Flag Football:

1. Login into your Portal
2. Click on "My Tools"
3. Click on "Recreation Signup Form"
4. Fill out registration form completely with personal information and choose sport(s) and league(s) you would like to play in.
5. You will have to pay online using a debit/credit or TWU One card*
   *If you do not have the above to pay online, you will need to register and pay in person.
6. Each sport is $5 per person, except golf* in the spring
   *$10 for students and $20 for faculty/staff
