Intramural Participant Handbook

Please look over the Intramural Participant Handbook prior to registering for Intramurals. It gives the specifics of registration, payment, eligibility, captain’s responsibilities, sportsmanship policy, forfeiting and defaulting, and rescheduling of games. CLICK HERE

How To Register For Your Sport or Sports

Please take a look at the sport pages listed above for the sport, league, day, and time you would like to play. The next steps are:

1. Login into your Portal
2. Click on "My Tools"
3. Click on "Recreation Signup Form"
4. Fill out registration form completely with personal information and choose sport(s) and league(s) you would like to play in.
5. You will have to pay online using a debit/credit or TWU One card*
   *If you do not have the above to pay online, you will need to register and pay in person.
6. Each sport is $5 per person, except golf*
   *$10 for students and $20 for faculty/staff 
***IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS REGISTERING ONLINE, PLEASE GO TO THE FITNESS CENTER IN JONES HALL TO REGISTER.

You may register as a Free Agent or as part of a team.  If you are part of a team, you MUST put team name and captain's name or you will be listed as a Free Agent. Once all personal information and payment has been sent, you will be registered for your sport and league. If you do not pay online after filling out the registration portion, you WILL NOT be registered. 

Checking The Schedule

It is the responsibility of each player to check the online play schedule for each sport. Schedules will be updated every day so check it as often as possible. If there is a dramatic change in the schedule, the Recreation Supervisor will either notify the entire league/team through email or contact each captain via a phone call.
