Spring '10 Boot Camp
Spring Boot Camp is currently full. Next Boot Camp: June 2010.
Come challenge your cardiovascular endurance, physical stamina and strength for four weeks and share in a TWU tradition! Your instructor will take you through intense 45 minute workouts using interval training, obstacle courses, strength training, plyometrics and endurance training. If you can stay for 15 minutes more, we will treat you to some bonus conditioning!
Attendance is mandatory. If you do miss more than one class, completion of a consequence card will be required.

Boot Camp: Rules and Regulations

While this is not a competition, we want you to give it your personal best. You want to know that you really accomplished something. With that in mind, here are the rules needed to get the most out of class:
1. Attendance is required! If you miss more than one class, you must complete a consequence card. They are located at the TWU Fit. and Rec. front desks (Jones Hall and Pioneer Hall). Perform the consequence in front of a witness. Have the witness sign the card and bring it back to class.
Please Note: To be eligible to receive the Boot Camp freebie, you can only consequence cards no more than 5 times.
2. Arrive on time!
3. Work hard to the best of YOUR ability! This is a challenging class, but always listen to your body. Remember that this is your workout, not your neighbor’s or the instructor’s. Pace yourself and make it count.
