Pool Rentals and Special Events
The TWU Outdoor Pool is available to rent in the summer. Rental prices are as follows:

Discounts available for TWU affiliated groups and small groups using the pool during open recreation. For questions regarding a pool rental or special event, please contact Michelle Reeves at mreeves@twu.edu.
Outdoor Pool Rental Process
- Contact Michelle Reeves at mreeves@twu.edu or (940) 898-2908 to confirm date and time for potential pool rental.
- Read over TWU Fitness and Recreation's Pool Policies and Procedures.
- Fill out a TWU Large Event Form (when applicable).
- Complete the pool rental agreement form.
- Return the completed pool rental agreement form and payment to TWU Fitness and Recreation.
