Pool Rentals and Special Events    

For questions regarding a pool rental or special event, please contact Michelle Reeves at mreeves@twu.edu.

Pool Rental Process

  1. Contact Michelle Reeves at mreeves@twu.edu or (940) 898-2908 to confirm date and time for potential pool rental.
  2. Read over TWU Fitness and Recreation's Pool Policies and Procedures.
  3. Fill out a TWU Large Event Form (when applicable).
  4. Complete the pool rental agreement form.
  5. Return the completed pool rental agreement form and payment to TWU Fitness and Recreation at the Jones Hall Fitness Center.
