Student Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (SAMFT)

SAMFT has a general assembly meeting one time during the fall term and one time during the spring term. The Executive Committee meets monthly and all members are welcome to attend the Executive Committee meetings.

This summer, SAMFT is offering a membership special. You can become a member now for $10 with the membership extending through Summer 2012 OR you can pay a $25.00 membership fee that is good for 3 years and extends through the Summer 2014. Membership is open to any graduate or undergraduate student at Texas Woman’s University. Voting membership is available to those accepted into the Family Therapy Program.

For more information about SAMFT, any Texas Woman’s University student, faculty, or staff can self-enroll in the organization’s Blackboard site. Some areas are restricted to paid members.

More information is also located on the bulletin board next to the Counseling and Family Therapy Clinic (HDB 114).
