Regarding Payment of tuition and fees…

  • Registration bills will NOT be mailed.  Balances due must be acquired via Pioneer Portal>My Info>Ebill.
  • Payment must be made online through PortalPay by credit card or web-check, or in person.  Payments that are mailed must reach the Bursar's office by the payment deadline to avoid deletion of class schedules and late fees.
  • Students who wish to pay their spring semester charges via the Installment Payment Option must enroll in the Plan via PortalPay.  Financial aid, payments and credits will be considered toward the minimum down payment of 50% of the total charges.  Satisfaction of the minimum payment requirement is required at the time of enrollment in the plan.  The remaining balance will be due in two installment payments by February 22 and March 29 by 5 p.m.
