Texas Woman's University Dental Hygiene Clinic provides high quality services at a reduced fee in an educational setting. The clinic is managed by the Dental Hygiene Program and has 22 dental hygiene operatories, 6 x-ray rooms, a digital x-ray machine, and a Panorex machine.
Location and Parking
The Clinic is located across the street from Old Main in the MCL building (Multi-Purpose Classroom Laboratory). There are five designated parking spaces for clinic patients (dental hygiene and sensory lab) in the small parking lot east of the MCL building. When these spaces are full, there is parking at the visitor parking area in the center of campus west of Bell Avenue on Administration Drive. Please check-in at the visitor information booth to park in the visitor parking area. Handicap parking is located east of MCL in the handicap parking lot. Patients will need to get a parking pass to park here. See the campus map for more detail.
Appointments
Patients 13 and older must be screened before receiving an appointment to have their teeth cleaned. No appointment is necessary for a screening examination, which takes approximately 20 minutes The screening is free of charge. Screening is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. An appointment for teeth cleaning or other services will be scheduled at the time of the screening examination.
