DE Policies & Guidelines

All students enrolled in distance education courses are responsible for knowing and adhering to TWU guidelines and policies. Here are a few of the most important ones for distance education students:

• Academic Integrity 
• Code of Student Conduct 
• Disability Support Services
• Campus Telephone Directory Publication
  Each year, the TWU campus publishes an annual telephone directory that list each student’s name, address, telephone number, email address, classification and campus attending. If you do not wish to have your information listed in the directory, it is your responsibility to complete a “Request To Withhold Directory Information” form and fax it to the Registrar's Office at 940.898.3097. In order for your information to be withheld from the directory – you must complete the form prior to the 12th class day of each semester. • Computer Lab and Technology Use Policies (Portal log-in required; off-campus users may need to enter their full email address as the username.)
