TWU is the proud home of one of the most contemporary arts programs in the country producing progressive dance. The concert series showcases the adjudicated choreography of students, faculty, and guest artists in a variety of formats and performance venues. The work explores a variety of original statements from today's students, who are tomorrow's emerging choreographers.

DanceMakers Concert

The DanceMakers concert is presented in the Fall and Spring semesters in the Margo Jones Performance Hall.

Dance UpClose Concert

The Dance UpClose concert is presented in the Fall and Spring semesters in the newly renovated, Dance Studio Theatre, an intimate space fully equipped with multimedia technology.

Breaking Windows Film Series

Each semester, the department offers a Friday film series for TWU students, free of charge. The event showcases dance films from a variety of artists, both professional and amateur.
