Instructional Support Services (ISS) oversees all aspects of networking, computing, and related instructional technologies at the TWU T. Boone Pickens Institute of Health Sciences – Dallas Center.

The members of our team  are specialized to provide accurate and timely support computer labs, office computer systems, and classroom and lab  technology. Furthermore, we serve the individual needs of faculty and staff by providing one-on-one software training and consultations for incorporating new technologies into classroom and online experiences. 

Our offices are located on the 6th floor, adjacent to the computer lab. We welcome you to visit.
