Fundraising

The cost to build the new Institute using 2007 construction costs is approximately $55.5 million. Currently, we have raised $53 million. The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board requires any state institution to have funding committed before the Board will grant an Institution permission to build. Therefore, TWU must secure the new Dallas Center’s funding over the next six months. We are currently approaching a number of Metroplex foundations, corporations, and individuals.
