COPE Outstanding Staff Awards
The College of Professional Education encourages this opportunity to honor select staff members who have excelled in the following areas:
- Outstanding Student Support
- Outstanding Faculty/Administrative Support
- Outstanding Community Service
Staff Portfolio Expectations and Requirements
Portfolios will be judged on quality not quantity. All narratives should be typed using 12-point font, one inch margins, and should not exceed 1 page.
- Provide one page essay to why you think you merit this award and send it to Kathleen Hedges in the Dean's office.
- Additionally, have three separate letters of reference, including at least one faculty member sent to Kathleen Hedges.
- All information must be received by March 20, 2007 for consideration.
A committee will evaluation nominees and designate the recipient(s) for each award.
Recommended Criteria for:
Outstanding Service to Students
- address the activities that support TWU students above and beyond your everyday responsibilities
Outstanding Faculty/Administrative Support
- address activities that exceed the normal expectations for support to the COPE Faculty/Administrators
Outstanding Community Service
- activities/service projects that support community members
- your view of the importance and value of your contributions
