About Us

The Office of Conference Services exists to assist students, faculty, staff, and community members with planning and executing a wide variety of events on the campus of Texas Woman's University.

Our venues include:

• The historic Little Chapel in the Woods
• Several large banquet halls including Hubbard Hall
• The Margo Jones Performance Hall
• The Greenhouse and gardens on the Denton campus

To provide superior customer service and strive for customer satisfaction in the aspects of event planning, coordination and delivery of services to Texas Woman's University students, faculty, staff, and local community.

To provide expertise in the area of event planning assisting with event logistics including meeting space, food and beverages, accomodations, recreation, and ancillary equipment.
